When you form a mutual relationship with us you put your invention into the hands of a team with many years of expertise in the development and commercialization process. We’ll not only take care of intellectual property rights, the development plan and manning, but also financing and business strategy.

A portfolio company

If the evaluation process progresses well, we’ll establish a portfolio company where you as the inventor can receive up to 60% of the share value. We run the company with our long-standing expertise as soon as the company is formed.

With further financing from LU Bio and outside investors as the project advances, the inventor's share percentage is bound to decrease, although its value will increase, particularly when the portfolio company achieves milestones and later becomes acquired or out-licenses a project.
