PCs must deliver for further funding

After an invention has been evaluated and shows potential business value, LU Bio will form a portfolio company (PC) to drive the commercialization process. Although you may not have knowledge of the biosciences, our expertise and network applied on your behalf enables you to invest in a balanced portfolio where we have put a lot of work into assessing the risks and evaluating the possibilities. 

Naturally, we not only aim to bring each invention to the point of being very attractive to pharmaceutical companies, but also to increase the financial value of the invention right along the development chain. It is expected that the operations in LU Bio will be closed down in 2017. The PCs have then been exited and the PCs’ milestone payments and royalties will be distributed to the shareholders of LU Bio.
