LU Bio sales of holdings
LU Bio´s holding of 2,8% in DermaGen has been sold to Pergamum AB. The quotation was according to the latest external valuation of the company and was a profitable transaction for LU Bio with a multiple of 1,9. Furthermore LU Bio has decided to step out of the position in Cytoguide. The holding in the company of 10,9% has been sold back to inventors and Novo Seeds A/S.
