LUIS - LU Bio collaboration generates two new companies
After a positive evaluation two additional companies have been founded and the development work is now initiated. The two companies are Follicum AB, developing pharmaceutical therapies for the treatment of hair-loss, and MD Pharma AB, developing treatments of muscular disorders, focusing on muscular dystrophy. Follicum AB is based on research by Professor Anna Hultgårdh Nilsson and Dr Pontus Dunér. MD Pharma AB is based on research by Professor Madeleine Durbeej-Hjalt and Dr Virginie Carmignac.
