ProNoxis is developing a novel treatment for autoimmune diseases based on the discovery of the positive involvement of radical oxygen species for T cell regulation and relevance in autoimmune diseases.

Product: The product is intended to be an orally administered small molecule drug.

Concept: Activation of NADPH oxidase in leukocytes and thereby reduce inflammatory activity of the disease and block new exacerbations.

Stage: pre-CD stage with positive animal efficacy and safety data.
